Anyone introducing a change on the Railway has to follow the Common Safety Method (CSM) legislation and at Chevin Rail, we are here to help you! 

We can provide guidance about the process and can support you by preparing documentation such as System Definitions, Safety Plans, documented Significance Decisions, Hazard Records and Safety Justification Reports. We can also assist by running or participating in Hazard Identification sessions, classifying hazards and identifying  appropriate Safety Requirements.

Our experience from working for a CSM Assessment Body (AsBo) means that we are well placed to support you in your dealings with an AsBo and can manage the whole CSM process on your behalf.
